Roots Landscape was founded by expert landscaper Joe Bartuska. We are a professional landscape/hardscape installation and rehabilitation company. Roots Landscape was founded on the premise of raising the standards of landscape installation in western Montana. Quality and customer service are our top priorities. Roots Landscape specializes in hardscape construction including retaining walls, walkways, and patios. Anybody can build a wall that looks good upon completion, but it takes a professional to build one that looks good 15 years down the road.
Hardscape elements include patios, retaining walls, walkways, stairs, boulder placements, and pergolas. Using hardscape elements in your landscape design helps to ground your landscape to the earth. Patios and pergolas create additional living spaces outdoors. Add in a water feature to create a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere around your patio. Include an outdoor kitchen to keep excess heat out of your home during the dog days of summer.
Summer of 2016. Our home has a walk out basement with a leaning retaining wall that was stone faced. Other companies said it had to be removed. Not only did Joe and his crew save it, the finished landscaping project was outstanding. We would recommend Joe and his staff to handle any project your considering.
