I went in to visit on May 19 (Sat). Nobody in the office. Finally found someone for assistance to inquire about landscaping ideas. They told me they were too busy that morning so they took my name and number and was told I should hear from them the following Monday (21st). As of today, no call or follow-up. I guess they dont care about first time customers who was willing to give them a try. I wont do business with them even if they follow up with me on this review. I just dont understand businesses that fail on customer service.
