I'm with the guy who said he would rate 0 stars if that was an option. We paid for a years worth of service and never noticed a difference. We cancelled service last fall and they showed up this spring and tried to bill us. My husband called to say we wouldn't be paying due to cancellation and the lady asked if we would pay half for technician's time.ummm, not just no, but I think they should give us half of our money back! Our yard looks worse now than when we started the service. Definitely a very unsatisfied customer!
Disappointed in their level of professionalism. They treated my lawn several times with little results. When we called to complain the next treatment wiped out most of the lawn. Upon inspection they determined the lawn to be too dry - but if they are professionals they should have recognized this. Use at your own risk.
