Can't understand why you would contact us about resolving an issue, then proceed to avoid multiple calls and messages. This seems to be the unfortunate and disappointing norm- Zero Communication.

Our first experience with Country Arbors and we are very pleased and will be repeat customers for sure! Received quotes on delivery of top soil from several area vendors and Country Arbors Nursery was the most reasonable in bulk pricing and delivery to Rantoul and we were thoroughly impressed by their followup and keeping us informed as to the exact delivery time (which is not usually the case with other area retailers, in our past experiences). Friendly, professional and dependable! Great place!
