Services
Carpenter Ant Control
Our carpenter ant control targets both indoor satellite colonies and outdoor parent nests through seasonal treatments. Five annual applications from March-November disrupt ant activity cycles while minimizing chemical use. Technicians focus on moisture-prone areas where ants tunnel through wood structures.
Spider Extermination
Spider control programs treat common entry points like doorways and windows while addressing indoor breeding areas in attics and crawl spaces. Bi-monthly treatments during active seasons prevent infestations through exterior barrier applications that last 5-6 weeks.
Bee and Wasp Removal
Professional removal services eliminate wasp nests and bee colonies within 24 hours using protective overhang treatments. Our technicians safely dismantle paper nests constructed from plant fibers while preventing relocation of colonies to residential structures.
Rodent Management
Rodent control combines exclusion techniques with strategic baiting programs targeting food storage areas. While seasonal treatments address general pest activity, winter infestations receive specialized interventions to prevent structural damage from gnawing behavior.
General Pest Control
Our comprehensive pest management covers multiple species through integrated treatment plans. Five seasonal visits maintain protection against common pests while reducing chemical exposure through targeted application methods developed over 34 years of residential service.
