Everything was wonderful with the estimate and install. One month after my sprinklers were put in I called needing my sprinkler heads adjusted as they were not popping up high enough to actually water anything. I have called many times and left many voicemails. None of which have been returned, I have spoken to the lady in the office assuring me she will pass the message to the owner to schedule a time to come out. I have also sent a message on Facebook that was read days ago and still not replied too. This whole process of trying to get an appointment or instruction to how to fix it myself started the first week of JUNE! I hate leaving a bad review for someone but apparently it's the only way to try to get a call back for work already done and paid for. Apparently you don't matter once your check clears.
I retract previous review, as this company did not install my system, I have talked to Eric and he seems like a genuine person and it was a misunderstandin g on my part.
