I had a smell in the vents they came out and said they could not do any more and 2.000 later we still have the smell this is a ac company and they cannot get rid of the smell. if anyone ask me about air masters i will tell them do not use them.

My parents have had an issue with their brand new AC making this noise. They've had 3 companies try to fix it and spent a lot of money. No one has been able to figure it out including the company who put the AC in. Air Masters was able to figure out the issue on their first visit. My dad was initially reluctant to go with them bc they were more expensive. Sometimes it's worth paying a little extra to get things done right!

We have been using Air Masters for many years and have been through 2 new system installs. We have always had the prepaid service agreement and are very pleased with the expertise rendered.
