San Isidro Permaculture is a team of dedicated professionals bringing together experience in irrigation, masonry, horticulture, forestry, soil science, ecology, carpentry, green building, food production, and more. Our projects have taken us to private homes, commercial buildings, public spaces, and government sites around Northern New Mexico. Through education and consulting, we have shared Permaculture's wisdom with communities all over the globe. We are also parents, artists, outdoor enthusiasts, and travelers.
From orchards to native meadows, classic flower gardens to contemporary xeriscapes, our work is designed to nourish the senses and the soul, while supporting the larger systems we are a part of. We offer garden design, installation, and ongoing care. Our skilled technicians design, build, maintain and repair irrigation systems of all types and sizes. We develop graywater and rainwater harvesting systems to manage erosion, reduce expenses, and lessen the impact on local resources. With soil testing and amending, we boost fertility and identify problem areas.
Sam and Jeremiah were so attentive to my inquiry and in assisting me in helping to budget for a very large landscaping job. They were courteous, polite and gave me a very quick turn around. Based on how they handled my questions, it already tells me a lot about their work ethic and quality of care. Thank you San Isidro Permaculture.
As the caretaker and owner's representative at a large east side property, we couldn't be happier with San Isidro Permaculture. Our working relationship over nine years has included the planning and installation of a landscape design for the upper half of the property, an effective irrigation system, expert maintenance of the entire 3.75 acres, and fine gardening of the many beds throughout the property. SIP has also provided knowledgeable solutions to issues that have arisen over the years such as clearing deadwood as a means of fire prevention, water retention, and well efficiency. Everyone involved with SIP including owner Jeremiah Kidd and all the crews that work on the property are courteous, helpful, and dedicated to making our property thrive. We have never experienced better service!
Jeremiah Kidd is talented and amazing with a great work ethic.
So inspiring to see the amazing progress with the Ujima farmers group, showing regenerative practices at work. Polycultures such as fruit and timber trees over mid story crops such as plantain, pigeon pea, pineapple with understory vegetables and ground covers. #ujima #farmer #kingston #Ujima #...
