George was my tech that came out to assess my ac unit. Very nice person. He waited around to ensure all was arrange for my job. Thank you George. Their prices are more than the bigger guys but if you want to work with local companies, it's typically more. But overall with my initial contact with George, I have high expectations for the install crew. 3800 for the ac.

We had Mike come by to do what was probably the first fall furnace tune-up our system in our new home in Ann Arbor has had in the last 7 years. We fully expected that the furnace would need to be entirely replaced or significant repairs and that we'd be looking at a massive bill. Mike did a thorough inspection and cleaning of the system. To both of our surprise, the system was functioning within normal tolerances and working just fine. As a follow-up, we had Tim and Nate install a replacement whole home humidifier as the existing one was trashed. It took 4 hours of a lot of work to get the old corroded one out and the new one installed and configured but, we're very happy with the results. They offered a 5 year labor and 10 parts warranty as well for a reasonable price. I'd happily recommend Indoor Comfort!

Cory and his team did an excellent job installing the furnace and air conditioning units. Aside from doing extremely high quality work, the team was courteous, respectful of our house (they cleaned up throughly after the work was done and they kept things organized and contained while they were working), and they were very mindful of setting up the installation to maximize space in the utility room and minimize future hurdles. We are extremely impressed with the work they did.

Dustin was the rep who came to our house to advise us on a furnace replacement. We have a very old system (house is about 70 years old) and unlike some competitors this didn't throw him off at all. He was very respectful, answered all my questions, he was honest on his thoughts ,and seemed to be very knowledgeable in his field. He followed up with me quickly with a detailed write up of what they would do. I didn't give 5 stars because we didn't end up completing the project at this time so I can't speak on their install abilities or anything other than the initial estimate but the service I got from Dustin was more than enough to make us come back to indoor heating if/when we decide to finish the project.

My household has been an Indoor Comfort customer for about 15 years. The service people are professional, pleasant and efficient. We know the annual tune-ups of equipment have saved us money by ensuring that our AC and furnace are running properly.
Today, Mike came out to repair a broken wire to the furnace. And the service was was we have come to expect from Indoor Comfort: great.

Our A/C wasn't working, so we called Indoor Comfort to come take a look. It turns out that the capacitor in our A/C condensing unit was blown. We went ahead and had them fix it, which basically consisted of them opening a panel, removing a part and replacing it - didn't take them longer than about 20 minutes. They gave us the bill, which totaled $330 - $150 for the visit ($70 of that was an extra charge for the visit being on a weekend - it was a hot day so we needed service right away), and $180 for the replacement part.

After they left, we googled the replacement part just out of curiosity, and discovered that it costs no more than $40! So besides the high price of the visit, they basically charged us an extra $140 for the part, obviously taking advantage of the fact that we weren't knowledgeable enough to object.

The service technician was very nice, but we feel ripped off.
