Great experience with the Polar Aire team! Was having problems with our furnace on one of the colder days of the year. Tech came out same day to diagnose issue. Had quote within hours. Was able to compare to other local, reputable companies. Polar Aire provided a top of the line system at very competitive prices with service level second-to-none. These folks are the best in hometown Olathe. Been doing business with them for over 20 years and they have always given us great service. The service crew have always been on time, friendly and knowledgeable. The sales staff have always been friendly and helpful when choosing our cooling/ heating systems.
