This is a design project in Fair Oaks California. The client has been continuously remodeling their home since they moved in 5 years ago. After completion of a new master suite, retaining walls, concrete patios and pool, all done by separate contractors, there is a feel of patch work projects around the home. We were asked to make any needed changes to the existing layout to create continuity throughout the property. After moving a few retaining walls, installing proper concrete steps to connect the patio to the pool deck and providing them with some privacy, and plantings, we arrived at the design layout you see above.
