Superior customer service especially as a new customer. Found online with the keyword search of "firewood near me". Their website is very informative regarding the energy logs. Arrived at the business, mentioned what car I have and was suggested to start with 80 logs while my furnace is out to get started. I was assisted with loading all 80 logs and was provided many helpful tips for getting started. I will be back again if I need more!

Very good, dry wood - I bought a cord of mixed hardwood. They were extremely courteous when I called, and offered same day service. I couldn't manage that day, so scheduled delivery a few days later - and they were right on time, or even a bit earlier. Other firewood serviced never returned my call, or only days later - but not Northwestern!
They will be my go-to wood supply from now on. A-! - the right way tp run a business!

Northwestern Fuel and Landscaping service was exceptional. Another company referred me to NW Fuel when they didn't have stock for my request due to Covid. They said they were comfortable referring me based on the quality of service I would receive. They were right. First someone actually answered my call on the first attempt. When trying to schedule work, deliveries etc from other companies I'm used to leaving a message, waiting for a call back and often having to call multiple times to get work scheduled. I was pleasantly surprised when I reached someone right away at NW Fuel. He was very helpful. He provided a price for the lowest cost wood. I asked for alternatives, pros and cons of different options. He provided honest feedback and didn't try to up sell unnecessarily. I appreciated his honest feedback based on my specific requirements.
My next surprise was that they could deliver the next day. I didn't have to wait weeks. Although I didn't need the wood immediately, I did want to have time to stack it while the weather was nice so the timing worked perfectly.
Surprise #3 the delivery driver left a message the next day confirming the delivery time. He showed up right on schedule. The driver was efficient and very nice. The service was great.
Surprise #4 - the wood exceeded expectations. I've purchased wood in the past that was inconsistent and of various quality. It got the job done so I didn't think much of it. However, the NW Fuel wood was very nice. All nicely seasoned, "clean", good sizes, good quantity.
I really can't say enough about the service and quality from NW Fuel and Landscaping. I recommend them.

I love, love, love these guys. They have great compressed firewood and firestarters that they make onsite. You can pick up your pallet of compressed wood as needed, all at once or they can deliver for a nominal fee. It's a super nice family business and we love coming by. I have to admit getting to see Cedar the Kitty is a huge bonus. I think I need to make her a fan club. They also have wood pellets and landscaping supplies so check 'em out.
