You never want your furnace to quit working durin cold snap, but ours did exactly that Wednesday night. Lambie was recommended by a good friend and co-worker, so I called on Thursday afternoon. 2 technicians arrived promptly at 8am Friday, were courteous and professional, and had my igniter replaced and heat sensor cleaned in under 15 minutes (I've never seen anything more beautiful than those 4 burners coming to life!).
