Awesome! Here we go again. I got the AC side of the unit fixed now the first week we have temps below 30° my gas valve freezes up and Will not let Gas flow through. Now I need to get a new valve. I called the URI branch close to me and I don't even have the part in stock and want to charge $20 extra to have it overnighted. this part is under warranty, Why would you charge the customer $20 extra when you should've had it in stock to begin with?
I'm coming up on my 20th year with URI and nothing feels better than being told "we are the best" supplier around with parts and knowledge.
