Services
Sprinkler Systems
Our CAD-designed sprinkler systems ensure uniform coverage with heavy-grade components built to survive Alaskan winters. Installation uses vibratory plows for minimal lawn disruption, followed by seasonal maintenance including spring activation and fall winterization to protect your investment year after year.
Landscape Management
Comprehensive weekly mowing, seasonal edging, and three-season fertilization programs maintain pristine commercial properties. Certified applicators handle weed control while spring/fall cleanups remove debris and prepare lawns for seasonal changes, ensuring consistent curb appeal for condo associations and businesses.
Snow Removal
Commercial plow trucks and loaders clear snow with 2-inch trigger thresholds, while crews apply ice melt and shovel walkways after 1-inch snowfalls. We proactively monitor properties to minimize slip hazards and liability risks through strategic snow stacking and haul-away services.
Sweeping
LibertyDX sweeper trucks remove construction debris, gravel, and dust from parking lots and garages using onboard water suppression systems. This environmentally responsible service extends pavement life by eliminating abrasive materials that damage surfaces and interior flooring.
Ice Management
Proactive ice melt application and slush removal services reduce slip-and-fall risks on commercial properties. Our crews monitor temperature changes to address refreezing cycles, combining gravel spreading with targeted de-icing to maintain safe access points throughout Anchorage's winter season.
