Our AC was purchased from Brown AC & Heating in 2011. We left our house in the morning this past Sunday Sept.16, 2018, & had no problems. Upon returning we noticed the temp in the house was 81 when normally set to 77. I called Brown in the late afternoon talking to the answering service. The tech on-call returned the call quickly and got my information. I was called by the dispatcher about 9AM Monday and was told Cole was on his way. He got here shortly after that had the problem diagnosed and repaired in 45 minutes. Cole was courteous & efficient. I felt the charges were fair and accurate being shown the defective part. He also checked the coolant level, it was fine. I will be calling Brown for a heater check shortly, requesting Cole.
