The young man who came to do my carpets was very kind and informative I appreciate that very much. Good customer service is one quality any company should be proud to have. Sorry but I can't remember his name. He was very efficient and told me it would take about an hour which it did and cleaned up when he was done. The carpets are still damp so once they dry I'll get a better take on their cleanliness. But looking at them now they really look great! Going to recommend them to Grandma.

The gentleman was really nice. Explained everything before he did everything such as what stains he would work on and how. The pet pre treated didn't smell bad at all and the rug cleaning has no smell at all either. We just moved into our house and the rugs look brand new.
