I was very comfortable talking to Justin when he came for an estimate. He explained everything to me and answered all the questions I had. The installers arrived on time and did a fantastic job. They put a tarp down to cover the carpet on my steps and cleaned up very well when they were finished. Before they did some of the work, they consulted with me to see if I would be pleased. I will encourage my friends to call for an estimate.
Justin and his team did an outstanding job making us a priority when our AC unit went down during the heat of summer. Goff was responsive, friendly and highly-skilled when it came to installing our new furnace unit. I would recommend to anyone in the South Bend area!
These guys are the real deal! We came back from vacation to a house that was 50 degrees and a furnace that was making some god awful noise, which is unexplainable, so I made a call to Joe who I have known for quite some time now. He gave me the number to the emergency part of the company mind you it was 11 in the evening at this point. We made the call and after speaking with someone who seemed very knowledgeable learned there was nothing that could be done that night, so we set up an appointment for 8 am. The next morning Joe and Rick showed up and worked and worked to try and get our old furnace to work but nothing could be done and she had to be put out to pasture, which is ok because it was an ancient ole girl. So we called and spoke to Justin Romine, who came out within the next couple hours to explain to us our options and take measurements. Justin did so very thoroughly and gave us all the options we had and explained price and all of the things we needed to know! Justin is great by the way. So we made our choice and Justin ordered the stuff we needed and set up an appointment for 8:15 the next morning. The next morning Chuck, Mike and Caleb showed up right on time if not a bit early. They came in explained to me what was going to be done and answered any questions I had, they then got right to work. They were respectful and all three are amazing guys they were personable and easy to speak to. They removed our old furnace and put the new one in by 2 pm which I thought was extremely quick and efficient. They all did an unbelievably amazing job. If you have any heating or air work that needs to be done do not hesitate to call Goff heating and air. A huge thank you goes out to Justin, Joe, Rick, Chuck, Mike and Caleb. You guys did a fantastic job and the entire process was relatively simple and painless! Thank you thank you thank you
