This company & crew are awesome! Good pricing. Great attitudes & smiles. 2 complete AC & Heating units replaced within just a few days from quote. All completed in one day. I highly recommend Cool Touch. Ive used them for over 10 years; very honest and dependable!! They always professionally perform maintenance, (check all ampdraws, pressures, temp split, capacitor, bearings, coil chemically, cleared drain line, complete maintenance). A/C Technician Daniel does an outstanding job as well as every tech that has been sent to maintenance our unit.

They came out in one day and identified the problem and fixed it at the same time!! didn't tell me they had to order the part or borrow from another distributor! Chris the tech was knowledgeable about his job and didn't tell me he wasn't sure what the noise was or that he would have to ask his supervisor and get back to me ,as I have had happen in the past. Really great customer service! will recommend to others in this community!!

Got my new AC unit from them and couldn't be happier with their team, from the installers to Chase, to Jeff who just came out to drain my hot water heater.
Jeff was here for most of the morning taking care of my issues and I can't Thank him ( and Cool Touch ) enough....it meant so very much to me!!! Cool Touch and their people definitely go above and beyond!!!! Thank You for being You.
