Services
One-time Residential Cleaning
Our one-time residential cleaning service provides thorough deep cleaning for homes needing intensive maintenance. We focus on high-traffic areas including bathrooms, kitchens, and floors while offering light cleaning for living spaces and bedrooms. Our team brings all necessary supplies and offers optional add-ons like refrigerator interior cleaning and deep shower glass treatment. Ideal for pre-event preparation, post-party cleanup, or seasonal resets, this service helps restore your home to like-new condition.
Recurring Residential Cleaning
Recurring residential cleaning plans maintain consistent cleanliness in homes through scheduled weekly, biweekly, or monthly visits. Each session includes standard cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and common areas with personalized adjustments based on client preferences. Our priority scheduling ensures service continuity while allowing flexibility for rescheduling. Clients receive the same dedicated technician for every visit to build familiarity with their space and specific needs.
Common Area Commercial Cleaning
We provide regular cleaning for multi-unit building common areas including entryways, stairwells, and hallways. Our service includes weekly, biweekly, or as-needed visits with key access arrangements to minimize tenant disruption. We focus on high-traffic zones that accumulate dust and debris quickly while providing clear invoicing for HOA boards. This service helps maintain property value and resident satisfaction through consistent maintenance.
Short-term Rentals and AirBnb
Our short-term rental cleaning service handles complete turnovers between guests for AirBnB and vacation rental properties. Each cleaning includes refrigerator emptying, linen changes, bathroom supply restocking, and detailed kitchen/bathroom cleaning. We accommodate last-minute bookings with 48-hour notice and maintain consistent standards to help hosts achieve positive reviews. Our large team ensures reliable service even during back-to-back reservations.
Commercial Cleaning
We offer daytime commercial cleaning for small businesses and offices across Chicago's North Side. Our service includes cleaning of entry areas, workstations, restrooms, and common traffic zones during daytime hours to accommodate staff schedules.
