We currently employ 75 full-time employees and have been in business since 1996. We are proud members of the Disaster Recovery Team® with the ability to mobilize on short notice with experienced manpower and specialized equipment to respond nation-wide to large disasters. As experts in deodorization, SERVPRO of Monroe / West Monroe is trained to identify and eliminate offensive odors. These odors can come from a number of sources both inside and outside a structure. We have the training and equipment to identify and eliminate these offensive odors. By identifying the cause of the odor, and determining the conditions where it contacts surfaces, the odor can often be removed over time without a trace. Our technicians have access to several odor removal products capable of penetrating surfaces to neutralize an unpleasant odor thoroughly.

Biohazards can be anything from the cleanup of crime scenes in Monroe Louisiana and surrounding areas to addressing infestations or the effects of hoarding on homes. We have three IICRC-Certified employees trained in all areas as well as two who have ABRA certifications for bio-recovery. Many of our team members have OSHA 10 certifications and training in bloodborne pathogens, hazard communication, and respiratory protection vital to the work we perform. Our rapid response team arrives with the full measure of our restoration and cleaning equipment and products, but also compassion and sympathy to help steer you through this stressful situation to its resolution.

SERVPRO of Monroe / West Monroe excels at cleaning fine fabrics and intricate pieces using wet or dry cleaning methods as required. We carefully inspect and test fabrics to determine which of our System's five cleaning methods is best suited to your fabrics. We use state-of-the-art equipment designed specifically for cleaning fine fabrics. A good rule-of-thumb is to clean drapes approximately every two years. A recent survey by SERVPRO disclosed that the average customer believes drapes should be cleaned when they look dirty.

With a broad service area that we serve, we can stay busy with the disasters and emergencies that threaten the properties throughout the area. Even when a widespread disaster does not threaten your home, many homeowners would like to improve its look and function with premier cleaning solutions. Our IICRC-certified cleaning technicians with our Monroe team have many years of experience and can work quickly to determine what your property needs to improve aesthetic appeal and function to areas like your carpets, flooring, walls, furniture, drapes, and furniture.

Indoor air quality concerns get vastly overlooked in area homes and businesses primarily because the ducts and an HVAC system that conditions the temperature of your property are difficult to inspect on your own. It is recommended to have these systems cleaned or inspected every three years, as dust, debris, and other contaminants can build up in the ducts over this period and begin causing efficiency and health issues for those exposed. Our cleaners have years of experience and can provide an honest assessment of your air ducts and HVAC system, providing an accurate look at the status of this entire network to allow you to decide what is best for your home or business.

We pride ourselves on being a 'turnkey operation, ' helping our customers through every phase of reconstruction and renovation from controlled demolition through the finished product. Our IICRC-Certified Fire & Smoke Restoration Technicians have extensive training in restoration, mitigation, and recovery solutions ranging from debris removal and cleanup to improving indoor air quality and content recovery and protection. With over 20 full-time employees, we can handle fire emergencies of all sizes.

We had a small fire in our home with a lot of smoke damage. Our insurance company sent Servpro out to clean up. Damien, Thomas, and crew did an excellant job removing damaged sheetrock and cleanup to eliminate as much odor as possible. They cleaned ceilings, walls, fixtures, molding, and everything in between. We are extremely happy with them and would recommend them to anyone.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to save fresh food that is flood-damaged. It is sometimes possible to rescue canned food – but only if you are one hundred percent certain that the can is intact and the contents are not compromised.
