Let Kelly was very responsive and, within an hour, able to schedule a cleaning for a dear friend of ours who's husband had recently had a heart attack. Then, to go a step further, we were able set up a CARE Account with them for us, and others, to contribute to future cleanings for them. Very gracious and efficient.
