Eric was extremely thoughtful, professional and helpful. I needed to know a few basic things about how the settings for Heat and Air-conditioning and the FAN work in order to program our thermostat correctly. Though our landlords probably do not use Atlas and I am not a current Atlas Customer, Eric took 5-10 minutes to talk with me and answered ALL my questions. He saved the day - he was very knowledgeable and explained things in a clear concise way. Because of his advice, we now know how to program our thermostat!

It took as long time to schedule an appointment, and then to schedule the A/C installation, but the end result was worth it. The design of the system was thorough and installation thorough and professional. They took responsibility for breaking an electrical connection to a doorbell and fixed it better than it had been. I'm happy I chose them.

10 stars out if 5!!!! Perfect and the best !!!! We did an over two year restoration and remodel of our home. Atlas was our HVAC contractor for our heating and cooling. They designed, engineered, fabricated and reworked our entire heating system for better performance. Two zones were created for better energy usage. Then air conditioning was installed. All of the work is perfect and they balanced the system for maximum efficiency. Beautiful work. I highly recommend Atlas to anyone. They should always be your first call.

Atlas was great. They spent a good amount of time figuring out the best way to get the most out of the new AC that they installed. They were very professional and on time. I am very pleased with their work and would recommend them to anyone getting central AC installed.

This company, and their veteran technician who solved my air conditioner woes, is the real deal. Technician was knowledgeable, expedient, kind, and professional. If I still had a Rolodex, I would rip up all the other HVAC contractor cards. This company is a keeper.

The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly isolated and fixed the problem with the blower motor. He also did the routine servicing, checking and cleaning the burners. Our furnace works great.

They were incredibly responsive, have very good followup, are clear in their communication and very prompt in their service. They installed a new furnace and were very quick about doing it as my furnace died right after I initially called them and I had a new furnace 2 days later. Arron was my first contact and he was most helpful, no pressure sales, just respponsive, knowledgable and got the job done. The support staff in the office is super, courteous and helpful. on site installation was very efficient and worked.

The technician who came to lit the ignition light or whatever problem it had was extremely knowledgeable and efficiently did his work without any hassle. I will definitely recommend them for gas or boiler problem.
