This office is a full service location where we can interview and hire new staff, accept mail, receive calls, schedule appointments, and dispatch techs for all of our services (cleaning, maids, carpet cleaners, window washers, etc). Our office in Henderson may be new, but we have been performing services here since we opened our first office in 2005. Remember, Always Ready Cleaning is a flat rate service so your maids will always stay until the job is done. Average times for a Deep House Cleaning are 4-5 hours depending on the size of the home. Now this comes out to between 12-15 hours of actual labor due to the number of cleaners in your home. For a Deep House Cleaning in a home that is less than 3,000 square feet you will be assigned 3 cleaners. In addition to your team of cleaners, a manager will be by at the end of the service to do customer satisfaction walk through.

Moving is a lot of work! You don't realize how much stuff you have until you start packing, and then you have to unpack! Whether you are moving into a house and want it thoroughly sanitized before you move in, or you are moving out and need a cleaning deposit back, if you are moving this service is for you. Remember, Always Ready Cleaning is a flat rate service so your maids will always stay until the job is done. Average times for a Move In/Out House Cleaning are 4-5 hours depending on the size of the home.

At Always Ready Cleaning we strive to get your cleaning service done right the first time. We go to great lengths to ensure your satisfaction every time our maids come out to clean your home. Before your cleaner(s) leave they will do a walk through and check all of the areas that were cleaned. If you are home, your maid, or your account manager, will speak with you to ensure you are happy with the quality of cleaning that you received. Well you don't have to worry about our mistakes. Just call your account manager within 24 hours of the service* to let him/her know what it was that we missed.

That was easy! There is a catch though. If you would like us to bill you for services rendered then you would have to sign a one year agreement. If you want to go week to week with the service, it's no problem, but we require that a credit card be left on file and authorization to charge the card after each service. Regardless of how you choose to set your service up, the price and the level of service will be the same. For the most part, office cleaning services are typically performed after business hours.
