Once I called and made an appointment, I was impressed at how easy the process was and how nice everyone has been. In my opinion, the friendliness of a lot of companies seems to be lost these days but Canady's customer service is the best I have experienced in a very long time. Candice even called me before my appointment to tell me about how to save $50 off of my service. Daniel S. was my service technician and he was also extremely nice and down to earth and explained everything to me thoroughly.

One of the best things throughout this experience has been that the office and the technician called me to make sure I was home and they could come over during my 5 hour appointment time frame. It was so nice to not have to be stuck at home for 5 hours and I am thankful that I was able to still run my errands and know that Canady's would let me know when they were coming. Overall, a very good experience. I would highly recommend!
