Dyer Company is a full-service mechanical and plumbing company that has performed high-quality installation, process & industrial piping and fabrication for a variety of facilities throughout the U.S. since 1908. TJ Dyer was brought into this Refinery Shutdown project early on in the planning phase to come up with a budget and a schedule for the entire refinery shutdown.

Our highly efficient and scalable fabrication division serves a wide range of applications, including skid design, pipe configuration and other components used in a variety of industries. We also integrate features to enhance the functionality of the project, including computer controls, special fittings, meters, filter/strainer and other complex systems that provide advanced technology. As part of our larger commercial projects, we designed and pre-fabricated this Chilled Water Pump skid. It is complete with 4 pumps, air separator, expansion tank and an 850-gallon buffer tank.

In addition, we use pre-fabricated assemblies and apply the latest technology, including 3D Building Informational Modeling (BIM), GPS based layout solution and on-screen 3D estimating software, for optimal results. BIM is an ideal tool for mechanical construction, saving time and money. It detects clashes or interferences with other trades and finds alternate paths for pipe/duct/conduit and other equipment.
