Ours is brand new steamer worked for two days and hasn't worked since. We have changed the canister and now the service light is flashing. This is very frustrating as it's very cold and house is so dry. Disappointed!

Paid way too much for this thermostat. It constantly would lose connection on being able to use the app to control the device. Customer service person even admitted they had similar issue. After many months I am dumping this thermostat and going with Nest.
