Carpet Care Services, LLC is an IICRC-certified, family-owned and operated flooring, upholstery and tile cleaning business based in Souderton, Pa. The company was started in 1984 by Alan Welch and later purchased by Rod and Kim Schuler in November 2010. Rod and Kim have continued Alan's mission to provide high-quality service to residential and commercial customers ever since. Although Carpet Care Services is most known for floor cleaning, we also take pride in upholstery cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, ScotchGard protector, granite countertops cleaning and sealing, air mover rentals, RV interiors and ozone generator rentals.
While granite is a very hard surface and less porous than marble, unsealed or weakly sealed granite will soak up oils, spills, and stains. To check whether your granite is sealed, leave a few drops of water on the surface. If it beads up, you have a secure seal. If after a few minutes the water has soaked into the granite, then it's time to reseal. DO NOT use harsh or abrasive cleaners and/or sponges, Windex, vinegar, lemon, lime or anything with ammonia or bleach. Our pricing is based on square footage of the cleaning area and furniture moving. Carpet Care Services utilizes the "hot water extraction method." We have a professional truck-mounted machine from which we run a solution hose and vacuum hose into your home or business.
