About Us
Michael Rusciolelli, President of JMI, has over two decades of experience in the janitorial industry. After graduating from the Pennsylvania State University with a BS in Business Management, Mike worked for Marriott Hotels, where he was first introduced into the cleaning services and housekeeping industry. After several years with Marriott, Mike joined a large janitorial contractor in upstate New York, serving as General Manager. In this role, Mike gained exposure to all facets of the janitorial industry.

Janitorial Management Incorporated has the capability of performing exterior window cleaning on any building up to 32 stories tall. Our window cleaning experience spans more than 25 years. Carpet Cleaning
From one time services to complete carpet care programs, Janitorial Management Incorporated is capable of maintaining your work environment at a high appearance level. JMI uses a variety of professional carpet cleaning methods depending on the individual needs of your facility. Portable equipment is used to spray heated detergent solution into the carpet pile at a high pressure and immediately extracted along with the suspended soil particles. In this method, detergent solution is released onto the carpet through openings in a rotary brush, whose rotary action converts the solution into foam that works it into the carpet.

I never realized how much time I spent managing my previous janitorial companies. With JMI they manage the cleaning so I don’t have to. My JMI manager is on top of every request we have and our building looks great. JMI over delivers everyday.
