Albano Cleaners

Albano Cleaners was originally founded in Norfolk, Virginia in 1935 by, James Albano, Sr. Early on, Albano Cleaner's business grew serving the surrounding areas and in the 40's stepped up to support the United States in WWII by directly contracting with the US Navy to process Navy foul weather clothing and flight uniforms. Albano Cleaners was the first plant in the US to develop this service of cleaning, waterproofing, repairing, and refinishing the foul weather and flight uniforms of our local military.
