We are committed to being the best at what we do in order to enrich the lives of those who have entrusted us to care for their home and property. The values that guide us are: Excellence in all we do; Ethical and moral conduct at all times and in all our relationships. We offer services for your lawn and the structures on it. Let us maximize your home's curb appeal by taking care of all your exterior pressure washing needs. Absolutely Clean uses the safest, lowest pressure necessary to do the job.

Terms: Weekly and bi-weekly mowing customers agree to a six mow minimum. You may cancel service at anytime once the six mow minimum has been met. If you cancel service before the six mow minimum has been met, we will charge the one time rate for all the mows you've already received which is $10 extra per mow. We automatically assume your business next spring unless you contact us to cancel mowing service. Season: Our mowing season starts on March 12 and ends on November 9. Weekly customers are given the option to go to bi-weekly on October 12 due to slower growth.

Your concrete drive is a large part of your yard. If neglected, it can become black and stained greatly diminishing your property's curb appeal. Customers are often amazed with the results our surface cleaners produce. To be Absolutely Clean year round consider having your concrete drives and walks cleaned once a year when we clean your house.

Absolutely Clean safely washes your siding with low pressure and care, ensuring an Absolutely Clean finish. We always include porches and the outside of gutters. Vinyl siding should be cleaned yearly to prevent oxidation build up. If your house gets full sun on all sides you may not have a mold or mildew problem; but, oxidation is occurring, robbing your vinyl siding of its shine. Many homeowners neglect having their brick houses cleaned regularly because of the darker color. You may not see the dirt and mold from the road as you would on a white vinyl house; but, make no mistake, it's there.

Gutters: The gutters on your home are designed to divert water away from your home's foundation to prevent damage from occurring to your home. If the gutters are overflowing, the water can rot your fascia boards. Moisture in a structure's foundation leads to cracks in the brick, block, or mortar leading to costly structural damage. Soil errosion and damage to foundation plantings can also occur. Having the debris removed from your gutters on a regular maintenance plan will protect your property and save you money in the long run.
