Craft Dry Cleaners has been serving Winston-Salem and the surrounding Triad area since 1955, when it was founded by Helena and Robert Craft. Our commitment to quality dry cleaning and laundry services has remained unwavering through decades of operation. In 1993, Kathy and Tom Gleason assumed ownership, continuing our tradition of excellence while expanding to five convenient locations. Our experienced team includes shirt pressers with over 20 years in the industry and seamstresses with 50 combined years of expertise. We specialize in wedding gown preservation, offering free consultations with certified specialists who have handled delicate garments for over 40 years. Our free home and office delivery service operates twice weekly in select areas, eliminating the need for customers to visit our stores.

Our drapery cleaning experts have maintained custom window treatments for more than half a century, while our rug cleaning division provides professional care for area rugs. We maintain strict quality control through in-house processing of all garments, including hand-treatment of beads and trims on wedding gowns. Our modern facilities feature advanced wet cleaning technology for delicate fabrics, and we partner with trusted specialists for suede and leather care.
