Very professional and prompt company! We had a green pool and being fairly new pool owners, not knowing how to fix it completely ourself, they had no problem resolving our algae issue quickly so we could have our party as planned. David has gone above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of as well as Tyler in the office. I have had to call after hours and David always has time to answer any questions I may have. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone in the CSRA for all of their pool needs!
Too many issues with service. How can a pool maintenance company let a pool get green TWICE and then act like it's your fault!? I've not had such poor service/lack of service recovery in a long, long time! Tyler did a good job however, sadly he can't do it all. David was not helpful- he was actually argumentative with his customers, a big part of their problem. Can not recommend this company. Two big fails, right in time for pool events too; how embarrassing- especially considering how much I pay - not sticking with them for a third!
