The crew came exactly on time and were very polite and friendly and efficient. Shannon was awesome. He explained some things to me about my unique HVAC system that I acquired with a property purchase. He told me what to watch for and monitor with that system and if I didn't like how it functions, then we can discuss making some changes. He didn't push a new system on me, he educated me on what I have. There is absolutely no question in my mind that if I do decide to make a change with the system at that property or in my personal home, that I will trust Novaks to do the job and give me proper guidance on what is best and I will happily refer them to anyone looking for a recommendation.
