When I called Brian he stated he was going to do all this cleaning of my dryer. When he arrived all he did was snake and vacuum line. He did not replace transition tube or take off back of dryer to clean it, as other companies said they do. He was in and out in 15 minutes. I have had this service done with my house in NJ and they were very thorough. In other words it was done the right way! Not a thorough job in which we as trusting customers pay for. Shame on you. I would never ever use or recommend this company and Brian to anyone.
