I want to say the seamstress is phenomenal. I picked up several pairs of pants and realized one was overpriced after I paid. I went in and the young lady said sorry I can't refund it. She said I'll have Jan call you. That was 2 weeks ago and no call. I had 5 more pants to pick up that was also altered. None of them were pressed. I'm not sure what they're doing in the actual cleaners but professionalism would of been to call the customer back and definitely make sure the pants were ironed.
I bought my wedding dress second hand and it had quite a few marks and stains on it, I also waited until the last minute.the wonderful staff not only made my dress look perfect they did it in about 4 days! You guys are amazing!
Took my leather coat that has a fur lining (I have had for about 15 years and have never ever cleaned before) to Jan's (had never even been there before either) for a cleaning. The coat looked remarkable when I picked it up. It looked brand spankin new and so so shiny! I also had another suede coat and blazer that were dry cleaned as well. Superior Service! Will take all my dry cleaning to Jan's even though I live 20 minutes away! Well worth the drive!
