I've been taking my dry cleaning to them for the past couple of months. Once, one of my tops have been returned to me with a stain still visible. When I pointed this out to the associate he took the sweater back to the back and when he returned the stain was gone! They offer convenient hours from 6a to 6 or 7p during the week. Coupons are available in the Entertainment book! I used to live in German Village but now live in Clintonville but still travel down to Caskey's for my dry cleaning. The customer service is great and the quality is the best I've ever had in dry cleaning and shirt launder & press.
