As others have said, the techs were professional, work-minded, explained clearly what they were doing when I asked questions, and they were finished, complete with pictures, in two hours. Had Fresh Air Corp out yesterday to clean the vents in my house. Techs were friendly & professional, they used drop cloths and corner protectors for the large vacuum line. I was notified when they were on their way, and the price I paid was what I was quoted, no hidden fees / up charges like a lot of other air duct cleaners.
