Our services include wash-n-fold, self services facilities, free pick-up and delivery, fire restoration, ironing, horse blankets and more. We have been in the cleaning and restoration business for over 10 years and are happy to take over these laundry facilities. This enables our customers' many choices and allows them to choose the right washer for them.
I have never in my life ran into a more rude lady than the employee working. I got there at 10, going by the online hours being 11. I did not need to dry anything just wash, since my king comforter wouldn't fit in my front load washer but I have a high capacity dryer. She didn't even let me get in the door before YELLING that they were closed and when I mentioned that the online said 11 she informed me I could look AT THE DOOR in a nasty tone. I asked her to please not be rude with me and she said I WAS RUDE as she is flipping the sign to closed on the door while I was standing in it. Then as I turned to leave made rude scoffing noises at my back. I have never had to use the laundry mat before. And I know I will never use anything associated with Your store again. Especially if that's the type of employees you have
Broken washer had me washing 4 loads that couldn't wait at Splash Em Out this morning. The store was very clean and the employee didn't stop cleaning, working, moving, etc the whole time I was there. She was also very friendly and helpful. I plan to go back to have them wash some bigger blankets. I highly recommend!
Imperial Plaza local. Nice enough to let us in to dry clothes at 10. Kicked everyone out a half hour before closing time to leave. This included a woman with loads still needing time to dry. Not cool at all.
