National Heat Exchange Cleaning Corporation was founded in 1995 to market our patented shell side cleaning system. The Enclosed Mobile Bundle Cleaner, or EMBC, is a state-of-the-art system, circulating cleaner through a closed kidney loop and utilizing high pressure spray bars. Our method has proven results, restoring heat exchangers to 98% efficiency. Over the years, we have continually expanded our range of services to include re-tubing and re-manufacturing, ceramic cladding, tube ID cleaning and high-pressure lancing.
Services offered at National Heat Exchange for the Power Generation Industry and Industrial Plants; this brochure highlights our unique techniques and equipment for cleaning, testing and refurbishing any and all types of heat exchangers.
National Heat Exchange is conscious and concerned about the environmental impact of our cleaning processes. That is why we developed the cleanest, safest, most effective and environmentally friendly heat exchanger cleaning methods available. Our EMBC produces ZERO hazardous liquid waste for most coolers. We use biodegradable chemicals, such as Ultra-Clean Descaler. Further, our EPA Licensed, in-house wastewater treatment system meets municipal standards for proper discharge. Traditional high-pressure washing methods can generate up to 23,000 gallons of contaminated water that needs to be treated before disposal.
NHEoffers epoxy coating of tube-sheets and water-boxes in order to keep exchangers and condensers at optimal efficiency. Distinguished by its thick film nature (200mils DFT) and exclusive to NHE, our cladding system offers unparalleled protection. Ourhigh performance, 100% solid epoxy material is inert to chemical cleaning and water treatment programs. Whether on site or at our facility, National Heat Exchange has the products, procedures, and experience to professionally ceramic clad your problem areas and bring them back to optimum levels of performance at a fraction of the cost of replacement.
Production processes in Industrial Manufacturing are energy-intensive and generate a lot of heat. It is a challenge to keep production running smoothly and efficiently despite the high temperature. With years' of experience servicing many types of industrial plants, NATIONAL HEAT EXCHANGE meets the challenge. Our patented techniques and methodology evolved alongside this always changing industry. From routine maintenance to emergency repairs, NHE has the right method, the right crew, and the right equipment for the job; 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
