My AC went out and I called Busbys for an appointment to see when they could come out and they got their with in 3 hours at the most brought out 2 window unit to keep me cool it were 98 temp in side my home and fans werent helping thank Busby and Chris of taking care of me

I highly recommend Peter. Awesome, courtesy and knowledgeable tech. What I don't like is unbelieveable window of wait time. No one should be expected to wait 8 for a technician to show up. After 77 years in business one would think they would have a seasoned scheduler who knows how to apportion work assignments with built-in curve balls like more extensive jobs, employee call outs, etc. I would hate to have them schedule my doctor appointment or worse a flight schedule! This is 2022. There are automated programs to do this for you!
