Tile and Grout Cleaning with safe and restoring green certified chemical. Commercial floors and Residential floors. Floor is treated with chemical and our safe, soft brush cylandricular machines cut through the discoloration and grime.

Items that may only need done periodically or yearly are priced a la carte and can be added to any service by calling or notifying us ahead of time so we can adjust the service appointment time frame. Simply Cleaner reserves the right to deny services for any reason. Deep Clean Service and Real Estate Service are bid by the square foot. These services take an average of 6 to 9 hours of labor, additional equipment and product, and more elbow grease. Why? Because the service is more detailed and for homes that are empty it includes the insides of cupboards, drawers, appliances, and bathroom fixtures, closet shelves and a wet washing of trim boards, doors, and light fixtures.

Simply Cleaner uses an oxident cleanser that is safe for all grout and tile types. After an application of the cleaning solution we use our cylindrical machines that have soft, and "safe on your surface" brushes that spin at a high speed to work out the dirt and grime built up in your grout and tile.
