If I could give negative stars I would. I paid for a very expensive motorized electronic shade to be installed on my back porch. The item has maybe worked 10% of the time over 2 years. First unit was replaced, we are on our second unit, which doesn't work either.
Recently, I have called, texted, and emailed Josh to come out and remove my shade. I have yet to receive any responses back from my many attempts to communicate. Keep in mind, I have given Josh at least 3 referrals, where each of the people purchased products from Josh.
Not only is his service unacceptable, the outdoor window shade is a terrible product. Stuck down for over a year, resulting in my kids not being able to go out the back patio.
Any professional who provides a product or service, should stand by their product and reputation.

They did an outstanding job! Our blinds haven't looked this good in years. The worker's were very polite and professional. I would highly recommend them. And I thought the price was very fair.

They arrived on time and proceeded to clean all of my horizontal blinds and vertical blinds, which are all I have. They cleaned them all in their van and then placed all back where they went. I was a little nervous at first, since this was my first time using them, but they did a great job.

I had assumed that my blind needed to be restrung but in fact, the technician showed me that there was a simpler problem and demonstrated for me the correct way to raise and lower my blinds, which should prevent it from happening in the future. He could have told me anything and I wouldn't have known any better and would have paid for a more costly repair out of ignorance. I wish I could remember his name, but he was very professional and friendly. So I appreciate the honesty, as well as the fast service. I will definitely use The Window Valet in the future and recommend it to friends.

After getting several quotes for shutters I decided to go with The Window Valet! I couldn't be happier! Josh came to our home, was right on time, looked very professional in dress pants and collared shirt, had a huge selection to choose from, and very fare prices. I'm into design and fashion so Josh's knowledge and expertise about what he thought I would love was very helpful and right on target. They add a ton of character to my living room and are gorgeous! Highly recommend this company! My sister and her husband along with several friends have since used The Window Valet and were extremely pleased!
