Ken Fengler Landscaping

Ken Fengler Landscaping has been dedicated to transforming outdoor spaces in Southern Maine since the early 2000s. Our founder, Ken Fengler, grew up on a 400-acre tree farm in Scarborough, Maine, where his passion for landscaping began through hands-on experience managing woodlands with his family. After a brief career in education, Ken transitioned fully into landscaping, building a business rooted in craftsmanship, technical innovation, and a deep understanding of New Englands unique climate challenges. We specialize in creating durable, aesthetically pleasing landscapes, including patios, driveways, retaining walls, irrigation systems, and permeable hardscapes, using premium materials from trusted suppliers like Techo Bloc and Hunter. Our commitment to quality is evident in our investment in advanced equipment, such as the Weber reversible plate compactor with Compatrol technology, which ensures precise compaction testing to prevent long-term failures.

With over a decade of experience in permeable installations, we prioritize sustainable solutions that reduce runoff and improve drainage while maintaining visual appeal. Our team handles projects of all scales, from intimate garden walkways to large commercial driveways, always emphasizing meticulous preparation and client collaboration. We offer comprehensive services, including winter snow removal, lawn installations, and landscape lighting, tailored to meet the specific needs of each property. Our reputation is built on transparency, reliability, and a dedication to exceeding client expectations through personalized consultations and expert execution. By combining traditional craftsmanship with modern technology, Ken Fengler Landscaping continues to deliver lasting value to homeowners and businesses across the region.
