Services
Carpet Cleaning
Our truck-mounted Vortex system uses 200F water and 300 PSI pressure to loosen embedded dirt, followed by 1,000 PSI vacuum extraction that cleans down to the padding. This method removes allergens and contaminants 50% faster than standard equipment while preserving carpet warranties. Clients report carpets looking 'brand new' with significantly reduced odors and staining.
Tile & Grout Cleaning
High-pressure cleaning combined with pH-balanced solutions restores tile surfaces and deep-cleans grout lines. The process includes sealing to protect against future staining, with customers noting 'tile that looked better than when installed.' Our equipment reaches moisture levels below industry standards, preventing mold growth in grout joints.
Structural Drying
Specialized extraction equipment removes standing water followed by industrial air movers that dry subflooring and structural components. This prevents long-term damage from moisture intrusion after plumbing failures or weather events. Testimonials confirm effective mitigation of 'rust stains from water damage' and prevention of secondary mold issues.
