I was going to replace my carpets, between tenant, dogs, cats and kids I figured before I could be happy they had to go. The kids talked me into getting them cleaned and I am forever grateful to Ozark Steam. Richard and Eileen are the best. These carpets look and smell like new its unbelievable and to boot the price was great and had so much fun talking with them. I would recommend them in a heart beat.
