She has attended extensive training in the industry to better serve customer needs. Floyd Menard is the Owner of Menard's A/C & Heating, which he established in March of 1969. Floyd has been in the Air Conditioning industry over 46 years. Floyd is a Certified GeoExchange Designer, wherein he provides design, installation and technical assistance on residential and light commercial geothermal projects.
