Report
Our family has been in Downey for over 25 years. We've tried other companies for our plumbing needs and no one beats Downey Plumbing. They're courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and affordable. Nancy(I feel bad for not remembering her last name)in the front office was such a big help. Answered all of my questions, helped with setting up an appointment, and made it all run smoothly. Jose Reyes has been out to our home for Plumbing and HVAC before, and imho, he is the man!
Please Downey Plumbing, if you're reading this hold on to that man, he really is a great person and an employee that is a service to your brand. Thank you Jose Reyes for always being prompt and professional. Thank you, Downey Plumbing for helping us when we need it. Your company is an excellent part of our community.
