Rug Cleaning
Our comprehensive rug cleaning process includes dry soil removal, pH-balanced washing, and controlled drying. We use specialized techniques for wool, silk, and synthetic fibers to preserve colors and textures while eliminating embedded dirt and allergens. Each rug receives individual attention with pre- and post-cleaning assessments to ensure optimal results.
Rug Repair
We specialize in fringe replacement, edge binding, and weave restoration for damaged rugs. Our technicians handle Persian, Oriental, and antique rugs with period-appropriate materials and techniques. Services include moth damage repair, dye correction, and structural reinforcement to extend your rug's lifespan while maintaining its original character.
Stain Protection
Our advanced stain protection treatment creates an invisible barrier against spills and soil while maintaining rug texture. The solution bonds with fibers to resist water-based and oil-based stains, making cleanup easier. We also offer pet urine barrier pads that prevent liquid penetration to protect both rugs and flooring.
Rug Appraisals
Professional appraisals are conducted by certified experts for insurance, estate, or resale purposes. We analyze construction methods, materials, age indicators, and origin markers to determine accurate valuations. Our reports include detailed descriptions and market comparisons for authentic Persian, Oriental, and specialty rugs.
Pet Odor Removal
Our pet odor removal system targets urine crystals and bacteria in rug fibers and padding. Using enzymatic treatments and specialized extraction, we eliminate odors at their source rather than masking them. The process includes pH balancing to prevent future staining and odor recurrence in wool and synthetic fiber rugs.
