Two day of appointment windows, two no call, no shows as far as I can tell. I call back and am told that the tech was there at the beginning of the window for 5 minutes and he called and left a message. He DID NOT call the number they were given to actually reach anyone. Meanwhile, my almost 80 year old mother has to stay elsewhere and I am out 6 hours of work waiting for a call that never came.

I've never reviewed a company, good or bad. I feel compelled to leave a very positive review of my A/C technician, Donte. He was a true professional. Knowledgable, friendly and seemed to empathize with my situation (broken blower motor and no A/C during some of the highest temps I ever remember in Orlando). I highly recommend Donte and Heinmiller. We had an electrical fire where it resulted in the replacement of one of our control panels. The scope of work was to ensure that there were no fire hazards and overall view of what may have caused it in the first place. Electrician was polite and respectful, I would recommend Robin and trust that he will take care of the problem. We had to call them back in since the kitchen lights were flickering and wanted to ensure that there wasn't a short or possibly missed. When calling back, we had one small issue, the back office had miscommunicated and led to unexpected charges of which Doug managed to resolve by writing this review.
